I have an interview at 1:30. I really, really hope I like the people and they like me! It sounds like it's a perfect match so far and I would LOVE to be in a role where I was just focussed on Employee Relations and not all the other crap that I do on a daily basis (especially recruiting) And if the company really walks the walk on all the stuff they talk about being about it would rule. So far everything I have read about them leads me to believe that they are really about what they say they are, and that is awesome. I mean really, how many companies pay part of your kid's daycare expenses??
