Sickies be gone!

Argh. I woke up this morning with no voice. Again. Grrrr. I am so sick of getting sick and losing my dang voice! It's just horrid. Anyway, I sent K off to school and promptly fell asleep on the couch and slept for THREE hours! Amazing. It's days like this that I wonder how SAHM's do it. I can't imagine having to manage K feeling as crappy as I do. I am SO glad I was able to send her to school.

In K news... she is sniffly as well, but in good spirits. So that is good. I guess she is used to it for the most part...she has had snot running out of her nose almost constantly for almost all fall/winter. I guess it goes with the territory.
In other K interesting news, she has a weird fear of sleep. She starts crying when anything around her goes to sleep. If I say I am going to take a nap she FREAKS. If she sees a character in a book sleeping, she cries. What is that about? I am wondering if it has something to do with her night terrors...Poor bug, sleep scares her! Although she is fine going to bed at night, she doesn't act scared at all. I just don't know what the deal is!

And in job news, I got a call from a woman at an architecture firm wanting me to come in and meet with them. I will call them back once I have my voice back. Although I still want the other job!
