To all of my friends, I hope your holidays are magical!
Soon I will be starting on dinner. I was going to make cioppino, but I couldn't find the fish I wanted... so we are having prime rib, green beans and scalloped potatoes with goat cheese. Hopefully it will be yuuuummmy!! Tonight K will get to open her Pj's and then scoot up to bed and wait for the morning light to open gifts! She still doesn't get it... she sees the packages under the tree, but honestly, she has NO clue what is under that wrapping. Hopefully she will get the deal once she starts ripping!
Tomorrow's dinner will be a turkey feast, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, napa salad, sweet & sour cabbage and gravy. Desrt will be tiramisu, just because that's what I want. I just love tiramisu!
